The campaign focuses on promoting sustainable developmental aspects for unemployed youth and female breadwinners, enabling them to live with dignity and contribute to building their community.

Yes, the campaign is legally licensed and authorized to operate by the official Palestinian authorities, with permissions to receive funds, including through electronic donations and SMS, within a designated campaign bank account under the supervision and auditing of relevant entities. The campaign is overseen by the Madarat Center for Community Development in Palestine, a non-profit institution established in 2017. under license no. 562562405.

Regarding the human resources, the campaign relies on 100% voluntary work without any compensation, where volunteering opportunities will be provided to Palestinian youth in general to carry out the campaign's field activities. The percentage of administrative allocations and necessary logistical support to meet the campaign's requirements is conditioned not to exceed 8% of the total donations for the campaign, including any allocations for human resources. A policy is followed to allocate a portion ranging from 1-10% of the revenues from some income-generating projects granted to specific groups according to the nature of the projects and within timeframes determined by each grant. This allocation is then reallocated to provide support to new beneficiaries and to support the financial administrative and field needs of the campaign. The campaign aims to rely on itself as much as possible in administrative expenses and maximize self-sufficiency.
